Please read the following Non-Disclosure Agreement carefully. By completing and signing this document, you agree to its terms.
When you are ready to submit your signed copy, please take a print preview (or a screenshot) of this page and then manually email it
(as an attachment) to [email protected] with the subject “Signed NDA for SorC.”

1. Definition of Confidential Information

“Confidential Information” includes all written, electronic, or verbal information provided by Ogre Adventurer regarding its tabletop role‑playing game
“Slayers of Rings and (or &, n or §) Crowns (SorC)” including game mechanics, artwork, storylines, character details, and other proprietary information.

2. Obligations of the Receiving Party

• Maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.
• Not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent.
• Use the Confidential Information solely for purposes related to evaluating or developing ideas for the Game.
• Notify Ogre Adventurer immediately of any unauthorized disclosure.

3. Exclusions

• Information that is publicly available without breach of this Agreement.
• Information obtained from a third party without breach of confidentiality.
• Information independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information.
• Information disclosed with prior written approval from Ogre Adventurer.

4. Term

This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as confidential, or until terminated
by either party upon thirty (30) days’ written notice. The confidentiality obligations survive termination.

5. Remedies

Any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to Ogre Adventurer, entitling them to seek injunctive relief and any other available legal remedies.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ogre Adventurer is located.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
